3 Strategies for Balanced Living

Many women claim success, one key to their success in work is to implement multitasking, both at work and at home. But lately a lot of research that suggests we are to reduce the habit of doing many things simultaneously, so that the mind does not stress.
 
Sometimes we forget that we are human beings who can not do everything perfectly. All we can do is balance the skills, time and energy available. Here are simple tips which we can apply anytime.


1. Make a realistic plan. This will make us believe that the targets we want to accomplish, it can be achieved.

2. To work with people around. Either spouse, domestic assistants, or even with children. Reassure them that housework is a shared responsibility, so everyone should get involved.

3. Take the time to relax, or doing a hobby . This will return the positive energy that we keep the spirit of doing other activities.
