Green Tea Reduce the Risk of Lung Cancer

Did you often heard green tea good for health? Did you know that drink a glass of green tea or more a day can resist the ill effects of cigarettes can cause lung cancer, especially in smokers who do not have a built-cancer gene.  The antioxidants in green tea can inhibit tumor growth.

In general, smokers and non smokers who do not drink green tea have a lung cancer risk five times greater than those drinking at least one drink a day.

The green tea drinkers who do not have the inherent risk of cancer genes have a decreased risk of lung cancer as much as 66 percent compared with green tea drinkers who have congenital genes susceptible to cancer. The best way to prevent cancer cells are stop smoking, while only green tea reduces the risk.
